HW: RJ 3.3 Read for 20-30 minutes-record 3-word or visual summary

When we walked into class today, I knew I was cooked. I had been avoiding getting chosen for so long, but today was the day. After Ms. Nakada read Marianna's blog, I had to go up and do my blog. We then proceeded to do our readers workshop where people would do their iReady or IXL. While doing IXL I looked up copyright laws. Owen, you're wrong. Copyrights last the entire lifetime of the owner and an additional 70 years. So until Amari and I are both dead, we own the copyright. Afterwards, we started our Q-Q-S-L by doing the quote.

We then talked about what we believe that this quote means. Next, we answered the question for today. 

Question: How should countries respond to those seeking asylum?

The class then answered the question. Everyone mostly agreeing with the notion of letting refugees seek shelter in America. After we completed the question we listened to the song for this week.

We listened to the song twice to read the lyrics and see the music video. After the loaded day of Q-Q-S-L, we finally skedaddled to lunch.
